Jay’s oversight of R&D, Innovation, Commercialization, Category Management, and Strategic Business Development led to significant contributions to the company’s growth and success including negotiating strategic alliances and partnerships with key CPG joint ventures and partnerships including the founding of Truss Beverages, a joint venture with Molson Coors. Jay has led over $1.6B of M&A in the cannabis and tech sectors. With more than 25 years of international leadership and business development experience, Jay also serves as a Director with Cannabis Health Products Coalition and Chairman at Christina Lake Cannabis.
