As a global producer of high yield, high potency, low-cost ingredients, Chroma has signed multiple strategic joint venture partnerships and is pleased to announce our venture with the Uchucklesaht Tribal Government ("UTG"), a progressive entrepreneurial tribe and owners of gold medal award winning water rights on their sovereign lands. Thunderbird Spirit Water is a pure natural spring water flowing into Henderson Lake on the lands of the Uchucklesaht tribe in beautiful British Columbia Canada.  This award-winning premium artesian water is free of contaminants and perfectly balanced with a pH of 7.5 and TDS of 44 ppm creating a vibrant crisp clean taste.  This partnership offers us a unique opportunity to craft our beverages using this gold medal award winning water.  UTG are also the owners of the award-winning premium spring water brand called Thunderbird Spirit Water™.

 

The partnership between Chroma and UTG that was signed November 2021, will focus on formulating and producing cannabinoid-based beverages and gummies which constitutes one of the fastest growing categories in the cannabis industry. The new processing facility will be located in Port Alberni, British Columbia. The operations of the business will include: the formulation and production of cannabis infused company owned brands, the opportunity to partner with Licenced Producers to provide White Label branding opportunities on a competitive scale, as well as operating a West Coast Hub to expedite the sales of our bulk ingredients manufactured by Chroma ventures. As of this date, we are currently applying for our Health Canada Licence and are working with an architectural group to design our state-of the-art facility.

 

Future endeavors of this venture will include, adding additional capacity to produce and extract high value major and minor cannabinoids.
